I am dedicated to addressing the pervasive issue of Imposter Syndrome and mitigating the effects of Professional Self-Doubt by providing coaching that builds confidence and resilience in educators.
Furthermore, I aim to equip staff with the skills to support Youth Mental Health in the Digital Age and help leaders navigate modern challenges like Redefining Boundaries in a Remote Work Environment while actively working toward Closing the Leadership Gap for Women in various fields.
